was asked to Americanize a popular Australian series of cookbooks,
originally published by ACP Books/The Australian Women's Weekly. The
recipes and ingredients have been revised for the American market by
Wesley Martin. LightSpeed Americanized the text, redesigned the books
to fit in a different trim size and format (the photos and much of the
actual design comes from the originating books), and laid them out.
This is an ongoing series, with more titles expected over the next few
years.
